Mummy casually lets me out the back door this afternoon (not realising that I was REALLY about to come face to face with Lizzy) who has decided to stroll around the back!
Mummy is hysterical because she's inside using some choice words!! heehee, I'm outside ready to attack ..... and the Lizzy is heading right for the back door! Mummy has to close the back door because the lizard was about to venture on in and it became trapped between the glass and screen sliding door. Mummy's in still hysterical, I'm out and the lizard is in between!
So mummy inches the back door open enough to get out, whilst the Lizzy does a backflip and starts making his way out between the doors at the same time! Gee mummy moves fast when she has to!
The short version is that mummy ran back inside after the lizard headed for the garden and got my lead and the camera and chained me to the outdoor table, the lizard stayed in the garden and mummy called for Aunty Tam to come and help.
After much toing and froing with brooms and the poopascoop tray to try and get the lizard either out the back or front ..... it went under next door's bins and was last seen heading under their side gate. No doubt it will be back in our garden tonight.
If it's smart it will take off after having the beejeebers scared out of it and never come back!
